Purchasing Terms & Conditions

1. Quality and Process Control
  • Suppliers must obtain written approval prior to any changes in design, materials, processes, equipment, procedures, content specifications, technical data or manufacturing locations.

  • Suppliers and Sub-Suppliers to Pacifica Innovations shall maintain a quality management system compliant to a minimum of ISO 9001 unless wavered in writing in advance by Pacifica Innovations management.

  • Personnel qualifications must be documented and provided upon request.

  • Technical data, revision status, and test records must be supplied (within 48 hours) when requested.

2. Compliance and Notifications
  • Any nonconforming or defective goods must be reported immediately, including those sent to other customers from the same lot.

  • Discovery of counterfeit materials must be promptly disclosed and appropriate regulatory authorities be informed.

  • Corrective Action Requests (CAR) must be addressed within 30 days with an acceptable response for Pacifica Innovations; non-compliance may result in payment being withheld until an acceptable response is received.

  • Manufacturing, quality and testing records must be retained for at least 10 years.

3. Transparency and Access
  • Pacifica Innovations, its customers, and regulators reserve the right to audit supplier facilities and records with 24-hour notice.

  • Suppliers are responsible for ensuring their sub-suppliers adhere to these requirements.

4. Ethical and Social Responsibility
  • All personnel must be aware of their role in product safety, conformity, and ethical conduct.

  • Materials sourced from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Angola, Burundi, Central African Republic, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda or Zambia, must be certified conflict-free.

Quality Policy

Pacifica Innovations’ Quality Policy is:

  • Achieve Total Customer Satisfaction by Meeting or Exceeding our Customer’s Requirements and Expectations Regarding Quality and Delivering Product on Time,

  • Reducing Nonconformance within our Plant,

  • Meeting or Exceeding Applicable Requirements of the AS 9100 and ISO 9001 Standards,

  • Annually reviewing our Operations / Quality Management System, our Corporate Objectives and the Associated Metrics, and 

  • Continually Improving Our Quality Management System.
